Halloween Spookfest

An electronica show at Cow Palace with Crystal Method headlining, Infected Mushroom later in the evening, and co-ed boxing and amateur pro-wrestling in a side room to entertain us while the other acts played. A very chilly wait in the queue outside became much more interesting when the girls (early 20's) in front of us decided they needed more warmth than their corsets and skirts could provide. Hilarity ensued. Money quote: "You're so lucky, you have a MAN!" Surreal occurrence of the evening: While I was flailing around for the beat, someone placed a plastic Darth Vader helmet placed on my head. We had to get up very early the next morning, so we left long before Infected Mushroom got to the stage. I'm glad I got to see them over the summer.
